Warranty and Services For warranty service, you must provide proof of the date of original purchase.Should your DiligenCe product prove defective during the warranty period, please call the DiligenCe Connection at support for warranty repair instructions and return authorization. A DiligenCe service technician will provide telephone or email diagnostic service to determine whether the product requires service. If service is needed, DiligenCe will, at its option, exchange the spare parts without charge for parts or labor.
