Every time we go to shopping malls or supermarkets, we always find that there are many ways to display the cash register. So, how can the cash register be displayed correctly to maximize revenue?
Firstly, the cashier should be placed in the middle of the store, except for small shops. In small shops with low foot traffic, placing the cash register at the entrance is not a big problem. However, in shops with high foot traffic, placing the cash register at the entrance can cause congestion, making it difficult for some customers to enter the store and make purchases.
Place a back cabinet behind the cash register and place some promotional or more attractive flagship products on top of the cabinet. Customers will have a clear view of these products when making payments. There will also be a desire to purchase.
Next to the cash register, you can place some convenient products, such as pharmacies, seasonal products such as Feng You Jing, Hua Lu Shui, and other mosquito repellent products. In supermarkets, you can put some chewing gum, chocolate, or small candies. Some convenient small items are easily placed in the shopping cart when people make payments.
In front of the cashier, you can prominently do some promotional activities within the store. Enable shoppers to clearly see which items can be discounted, which items can be used with coupons, and so on.
